JetJaw Launches Social Integration Capability

Denver, Colorado: JetJaw, the easiest, fastest, most accurate way for business owners to get customer feedback at the moment of the experience, has announced new functionality that easily and seamlessly allows satisfied customers to push their feedback to social venues, and provides a way to address negative feedback immediately.

JetJaw is accessible on any mobile device and enables faster, more accurate feedback from customers. JetJaw is very easy to use, both for clients and their customers. Once a survey is created using JetJaw, a QR code is generated, as well as a text code and a direct link to share anywhere they may want to obtain the results. The tracking can be segmented any way the creator wishes, by location, by promotion, or even by individual staff members. Furthermore, the results can be directed in a variety of ways based on the customer satisfaction level.

For example, JetJaw's new service encourages happy customers to leave positive reviews on Google, Yelp!, Facebook, CitySearch and other places with the push of a button. JetJaw automatically tallies those numbers on a dashboard for management to follow.

Negative feedback from unhappy customers can be sent to a store manager by text message or email, literally when the customer completes the survey. This provides an instant opportunity for store managers to better train their employees, and then directly respond to the customer with an acknowledgement of their concerns, an apology and perhaps an offer to provide more information on their experience or an offer for them to come back.

JetJaw CEO, Mark Salsberry, says "In a time when customer satisfaction scores are at an all time low, JetJaw gives companies the edge in managing their brand reputation. By allowing a customer to provide feedback in the moment, the response rate is higher, the feedback is more accurate, and the customer feels as if the company cares more because of the immediacy of the response they can provide. In this age of transparency, the ability to diffuse negative feedback can tremendously improve brand reputation."

For Immediate Release: JetJaw Mobile Surveys on Any Device, Now with Geolocation Capability Powered by SimpleGeo

JetJaw is the easiest, fastest, most accurate way for business owners to engage customers at the moment of their experience on their mobile phone — and it now includes location awareness. Today, at the Social-Loco conference in San Francisco, the company announces Geolocation capability powered by SimpleGeo.

Today JetJaw Mobile Surveys adds powerful geolocation capability enabled by SimpleGeo.

JetJaw mobile surveys are accessible on any mobile device and enable faster, more accurate feedback from customers. JetJaw's VP of Technical Integration Tony Blank says "SimpleGeo is very developer friendly, and they have a great API for further innovating with geo. By utilizing this API we'll remain on the cutting edge of geolocation technology." JetJaw is the first mobile survey provider to incorporate geolocation capability across iPhone, Android, & Blackberry devices, with no software to download.

JetJaw survey results are instantaneous and now include:

  • The best available geolocation data (satellite, cell tower triangulation, etc.) on any device, instantly.
  • Robust reporting, including interactive maps that display the location of responses.

JetJaw CEO, Mark Salsberry, says clients will track location of customer response for both simple and complex challenges, "Our restaurant franchise customers will use location awareness to track general satisfaction per region, whereas our CPG customers will use this asset to test new product reception and future development potential in specific target market segments; the potential is endless, but it really comes down to increased customer understanding."

"JetJaw is a great example of how location awareness can add a new dimension of information to applications, providing users with more detailed data and contextual relevance," said Andrew Mager, SimpleGeo's Developer Advocate. "Our goal at SimpleGeo is to make it as easy as possible to integrate the technology and data powering these location capabilities so developers can focus on their core business of building great new apps."

JetJaw announced this new geolocation capability to the audience at Social-Loco's StartUp Competition; the audience used the mobile polling tool to vote and choose a winner of a Startup Competition.

"Audience input is critical to creating an interactive experience at Social-Loco and we are glad to have JetJaw power the startup competition voting," said Mark Evans, Social-Loco organizer. "JetJaw's new geolocation service is important because it helps businesses really understand how and where their customers engage with them."

JetJaw is very easy to use, both for the survey creators and the survey takers. Once you create a survey using JetJaw you can generate a text code, a QR code, and a direct link to share everywhere. Text "demo" to 82257 to see how it works.

For Immediate Release: JetJaw, a Survey and Engagement Platform named "One of the Hottest Startups in Wireless," Emerges from Private Beta to Public Availability

JetJaw is the easiest, fastest, most accurate way for business owners to engage customers at the moment of their experience on their mobile phone. Want to increase survey responses? Want to get more accurate results in a shorter period of time? Use JetJaw's platform for mobile-based surveys and engage everywhere.

JetJaw has gone from private beta to public availability, and will be premiered at the CTIA Wireless Show in Orlando, Florida today. You will even see JetJaw surveys being used to gather feedback from event attendees.

JetJaw is a first of its kind mobile engagement tool that allows anyone to create a survey, questionnaire or poll to be accessible on any Internet enabled device - including mobile phones of every variety. The convenience of engaging customers via mobile phones has increased response rates as well as speed of response, which ensures feedback is more accurate.

Founded in Denver, Colorado by James Gardner and Mark Salsberry less than one year ago, this innovative company was selected as one of only 25 to be featured at CTIA in the Telecom Council's Innovation Showcase.

"The Telecom Council is pleased to select JetJaw for the Innovation Showcase. They represent a growing body of innovative products and services that help create a more valuable and efficient mobile ecosystem," says Liz Kerton, President of the Telecom Council.

The Telecom Council has selected JetJaw as one of only a few companies referred to as the "hottest startups in wireless." This company is determined to revitalize customer service and feedback accuracy through mobile and wireless technology.

CEO Mark Salsberry is a customer service advocate who recognized that inconvenient surveys are no way to repay a company asset. According to Salsberry, "You can only engage your customers if you make it easy, and the faster you engage your customers after you serve them, the more likely you will be to receive accurate and usable feedback. It's proven. This is paramount because with this feedback you can increase retention and make loyal customers out of first timers. JetJaw tools allow you to serve your customers better by enabling fast, convenient and accurate feedback."

JetJaw hosted select beta customers prior to their public launch. Some received responses to mobile surveys almost immediately. Carla Finn of Schomp Automotive Group experienced this very thing, "Customer feedback with JetJaw is instantaneous and it's apparent that customers appreciate the ease of giving quick feedback on services. We are often able to see results while customers are still in the store!"

Mark Johnson, a Schlotzky's Deli franchise owner, appreciates the convenience factor, "JetJaw is extremely easy to use. Customers simply text JetJaw and answer several short questions. It can be done while they eat."

Once you create a survey using JetJaw you can generate a text code, a QR code, or a direct link to share everywhere. Text "demo" to 82257 to see how it works.

Engage everywhere.

CSIA Reports One-Third Mobile Responses Using JetJaw

Mobile email use increasingly common

Denver, Colorado(October 11, 2010) - CSIA, Colorado's Technology Association, used the JetJaw engagement platform to get feedback from the attendees of their DEMOgala conference last week. CSIA emailed the event feedback survey to more than 700 attendees. They found mobile phones were used to complete one-third of the surveys.

"We know that people are increasingly using their mobile phones to check their email, so it makes sense that they should be able to respond to a survey invitation they receive in their email. JetJaw makes this possible," said Mark Salsberry, JetJaw CEO. "We've developed a smart engagement platform that allows our customers to reach people on any device they use."

Using JetJaw helped CSIA hear from attendees while they still had the event on the top of their minds. "Hearing directly from attendees is important; and if we can capture their opinions while the event is still fresh, we know we're going to be able to gain insight in to their actual opinions and make improvements to the event," explained Su Hawk, President, CSIA.
